# AmoCRM

## Подключение

Авторизуйтесь в Fasttrack, откройте проект и перейдите в раздел «Интеграции».

Найдите карточку «AmoCRM» и нажмите \[ Подключить ]. 

Откроется отдельная страница подключения в интерфейсе AmoCRM, где необходимо подтвердить интеграцию с приложением «Fasttrack Connect».

Будут запрошены следующие разрешения:

* Данные аккаунта в соответствии с вашими правами
* Работа с центром уведомлений

## Настройка

Теперь вам доступны настройки интеграции с AmoCRM в интерфейсе Fasttrack. 

Нажмите кнопку \[ Настроить ] в той же карточке «AmoCRM», где вы подключали интеграцию.

Доступные настройки:

* Команда операторов по умолчанию: если оставить поле пустым, то каждый раз вызывая процедуру открытия нового чата, необходимо будет указать название команды операторов в контексте которых необходимо открыть чат.
